Primary Purpose:

Assist and coordinate with Drivers on day-to-day delivery operations to ensure safe and efficient operations and delivery of packages to customers. To guide and lead the Drivers to get the best performance and efficiency on the road.

 

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Dispatch Call Center is responsible and accountable (but not limited to) the following:

  • Day-to-Day coordination with Customer Service team with regards to delivery related issues
  • Handling requests from CSO’s and last mile drivers to ensure the deliveries are made to the satisfaction of customers
  • Timely communication with relevant team/department to ensure successful deliveries
  • Liaising with Drivers on the delivery situation of orders
  • Ensure all SOP’s put in place are followed to perfection in order to maintain high serviceability levels
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned aligned with the purpose of better processes

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, with proficiency in English
  • Highly-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Very good PC skills and competence with MS Office
  • Good approach to customer care, including call handling and good listening skills
  • Comfortable with shift working hours
