Reporting to the Director Infrastructure Development you should have the capability to manage multiple projects to tight timelines and budget.


Job Purpose

Constructing and modifying the physical infrastructure to provide the facilities needed to support growth and changing business requirements.


Scope and Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long-term property requirements based on business forecasts and input from key stakeholders
  • Develop a network of property agents, consultants, contractors and equipment suppliers able to support our plans   
  • Advise on the property issues that will impact the business development plan and suggest solutions
  • Lead assigned projects or elements of projects delivering to time, cost and quality  
  • Hand over of projects to the operational team ensuring that all approvals are obtained, documentation complete and maintenance requirements are identified
  • Provide technical support to the operational team to resolve problems, ensure facilities are energy efficient and safe for our colleagues
  • Work with other project managers to develop a standard project methodology


Skills and Competencies

  • Experienced property manager who has successfully worked in the industrial sector
  • A good knowledge of the Singapore building control system
  • Detail, service oriented, friendly and professional above all a solid Team player
  • Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities
  • Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems within very short timelines
  • A good negotiator who can deliver quality within budget constraints
  • A good manager, with an ability to get the best out of people particularly when there is no direct reporting line.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Someone who takes pride in their work
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years relevant experience
