Role Purpose

The Training Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of all our RedMart learning and training activities. This role will be focusing on training delivery and administrative support to RedMart Operations, working closely with the Director, Learning and Development, Senior HR Manager and the Operations Training Executive  to effectively meet the day to day training needs for Operations.


Key tasks and responsibilities

The primary areas of responsibility of the Training Executive will be to :

  • Work together with the Operations Training Executive to manage and deliver  all operations training activities, across the Singapore sites.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Training Executive to manage and update training calendars, activities, and records.
  • Work together with the Operations Training Executive for the day to day management of the Operations Training Team, deputising when required.
  • Design and deliver in-house technical and soft skills training programs for varying levels of individuals and groups within operations.
  • Assist with  training and development related activities in the RedMart Academy as directed by the Director, Learning and Development, when required.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all programs for success, modifications, and ROI and report results as directed.

Qualifications / Relevant Work Experience

  • 3+ years experience as a stand up trainer would be highly desirable.  
  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) adult learning qualification would be advantageous, or a willingness to undertake this course.
  • Work experience in an automated facility or warehouse would be advantageous.
  • Experience with creating and delivery of e-learning content.
  • Proficiency  with Google Drive / Docs / Sheets/Gmail
  • Professional level proficiency in English and at least one other language. Malay, Mandarin or Tamil would be advantageous.
