Accounts Receivable Assistant (2yr contract)

Singapore, Singapore Contract

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our busy Finance team on a 2 year fixed-term contract (view to permanent). Reporting to the AR Manager, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of customer payments and other accounts/finance support tasks. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

The role:

  • Assist with reconciling payment from customers in the ERP system with the invoices created.
  • Reconcile credit issuance to customers.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Handle any other ad hoc financial support activities.

Your background:

  • Min. Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and be part of a team.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges with flexible let’s-give-it-a-try attitude.
  • FMCG and/or e-commerce experience would be beneficial.
  • Competent in MS office applications.
