Role Purpose

Reporting to the Brand lead in the marketing team, the Brand Marketing Manager will design plans to drive brand perception, interest and education through a whole host of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Key tasks and responsibilities

The primary areas of responsibility of the Brand Marketing Manager will be to:

  • Conceptualise and manage high-impact integrated brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels covering both communications strategy and media planning.
  • Collaborate and influence internal stakeholders across various functions and departments to ensure brand objectives are carried through the funnel and across touchpoints.
  • Manage creative development, and write sharp, insightful and purposeful briefs
  • Responsible for campaign performance and reporting – including recommendations for improvement and optimisation.
  • Lead market research including brand tracker and prospective / existing customer research, and present these insights and recommendations to internal groups.
  • Manage brand budget across media buys, creative services and research.
  • Constantly review and improve RedMart’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across customer journey and touchpoints.

Qualifications / Relevant Work Experience

  • Min 3 years experience at creative agencies or in a brand marketing role
  • Experienced running creative and effective global brand campaigns
  • Skilled at creative process management and delivering creative critique
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital channels (Facebook and Google). Strong social experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of brand measurement metrics and experience working with consumer research agencies
  • Ecommerce experience preferred.
