The Warehouse Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will manage a 100,000 feet warehouse and all operational aspects related to groceries and household essentials we offer daily to our customers. This will include but will not be limited to:

  • Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment for all entering and working in the warehouse.
  • The efficient execution of all product service programs in compliance with RedMart and regulatory guidelines.
  • Mentor and develop over 200 warehouse team members and ensure a productive and high-performance work environment.
  • Establish and implement KPIs and supported with regular reviews ensure that these are met.
  • Ensure security of inventory and minimize losses.
  • Continuously refine our operation through efficiencies and process improvements to perform at peak capacity.
  • Manage to operational goals and profitability.
  • Be an ambassador for our company culture by creating a “WOW” experience for the team and customers.
  • Working along with the Operations leadership team build a team and processes that allow agility within the business to grow in a seamless manner.


  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced, grocery service/ e-commerce environment
  • At least 8 years of related experience
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong at relationship building
  • Effective communication with all levels of employees
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Diploma or Degree required (additional coursework, training, or certification will be required)
  • Ability to learn and utilize the company applications
